Have you tried telling E-Bay the likely outcome of a loss of trust in their service? i.e. No business, ergo no E-Bay. Seems like a short sighted and inept approach to public relations.

It is for precisely this reason that I will never buy through them. I only deal with companies I know will behave honestly.
