Hmmm. First kiss? Hmmm. I'm not quite sure, but it may have been with a girl named Sue...back in the early 70's. Geez! Well, that was the first sort of all-out kiss anyway. Not bad. Pretty impressive. But I was nervous, and that sort of interfered with the effect.

My first shag was in a room I was renting in downtown Toronto in 1970. It was a nice shag as they go, quite colorful and tasteful at the same time, but hard to keep dust-free, needless to say. My affection for that shag endured for many years, until I finally passed it on to a young cousin who needed one to give her place that "lived-in" look. I hope she appreciated it, because after all one's first shag is not a thing ever to be forgotten!

I hasten to add that I have never worn platform shoes.
