Here's another possibility: the perfect Werewolf Movie. It hasn't yet been done, for a number of reasons. It would be possible to make a serious film about a werewolf, a really interesting character study, and still have an effective horror film at the same time. I've written songs around this theme. Some of the werewolf films have been fairly good, but they could have been a whole lot better still.
