Long, Firm Freddie: in some areas it is considered a sign of upper-status/popularity to toilet-paper the houseyard of a teen(either gender). In other areas it is a subtle(?) threat, or harrassment -- notice that the teen is different(bad) or out-of-alignment with the local (teen) power elite. Go figure.
