There seem to be a lot of free FTP programs available for Windows, which is what I'm using at work. (At home I'm Mac all the way, so I'm a little out of the loop on Windows apps.)

I'll be using it to FTP PDF files to our printer's FTP site. Nothing fancy, just getting them there in a timely fashion with the least amount of fuss.

Any suggestions or caveats?

I'm just twitchy (being on a PC) about downloading programs that might have nasty things attached or in their innards.
