There's been little released about the "regionalized ink" plan, and HP is ...I think the term is "weasely" about it. No editorial comment I've seen has been favorable, but most admit that the plan is so ill-defined that it's hard to tell...

It certainly looks like price-fixing to me, at least at this point. HP refers, in one vague release, to "price stabilization," whatever that means.
