I went to prep school with Eve Gordon, who has had parts in a number of films. We were even in a play together, though she wasn't very good back then.
The star of our school productions was a classmate of mine who was Molly Picoun's niece. She looked exactly like her famous aunt. But she couldn't act. Someone at some time had told her to face the audience and say her lines nice and loud. That was the beginning and ending of her acting skills. She was painful to watch. But she was cast in school plays and community theater because of her famous aunt.
Of course when she got out into the real world, she wasn't quite so successful. Last I'd heard she'd married an investment banker.
