Well I've never heard those and my wife has changed the one that I grew up being told by my parents, grand & great-grandparents.

My version I grew up with: (sounds best to me)
Head Acher
Eye Blinker
Nose Smeller
Mouth Eater
Chin Chopper
Gully! Gully! Gully! (tickelling under chin)

My wife changed the Head Acher to Head Thinker because she says it makes more sense but I have to disagree.
