Just got back from my first trip to the beautiful country of Mexico, where I stayed in a little town just south of Puerto Vallarta.

I barely ran into any monolingual Spanish speakers. Everyone spoke English.

There is a huge Wal Mart in Puerto Vallarta, along with many American fast food chain restaurants. English language newspapers, American TV and radio stations, and plenty of hard working middle and working class Mexicans, alongside plenty of vacationing working class, middl class, and upper class Mexicans, poor Mexicans, homeless Mexicans...

And BTW, if you drive without insurance and ignore local traffic laws, you'll be driving just like the Mexicans drive and fit right in!

I really, really can't stand xenophobic bigots like tarheel, who are trying to dismantle the US government because they don't like paying their taxes.
