The President asked Congress for $81.4 billion dollars more to maintain his adventurism in Iraq. The House voted 388 to 43 in favor of giving it to him. This means that most of the Democrats in the House are acting in the same pavlovian fashion as the Republicans. When Dubya rings the bell they all drool.
