It might be best to resist the temptation to re-post everything to this old, forgotten thread as well. It's already hard enough to sort out the wheat from the chaff without having it all repeated yet again. I can only assume that "Toni" came across this old thread through an external search engine, or didn't have the patience to read the longer and more useful discussions.
