The Dodge National Finals Championship Rodeo ended Saturday. Spring has, indeed, sprung! The winner of the Barrel Racing competition took home about twice as much money as the winner of the Bull Riding, and nobody (including the animals) got hurt beyond a few bruises. There was Cowboy Poetry (including as session at my library!), barbeque, big hats, belt buckles the size of hubcaps, and several million dollars poured into the local economy.

And, as usual, I won the Bull Tossing competition.
