Loco Chagall (based on Perico Loco I think):
a scoop or two of butterscotch ice cream (vanilla will do)
pineapple juice to 2/3s of the glass
a dash or two of real cranberry juice (the sour-tasting kind that is horrible if you have it by itself), make sure it runs over the ice cream

Good with or without spiced rum. Swirl everything around once with a long spoon and dig in.


Purple Harmony:
vanilla ice cream
dark grape juice
President's Choice "sparkling wild blueberry" drink
dash of kahlua (do not use much, or it overpowers the rest of the flavours)

This one ends up really creamy and sweet if you do it right, with just a hint of darkness. Yum!
