my living room has a persian carpet, old tapestry couches, bookshelves and artwork on the walls. the floors are cork, my cat is usually curled up either on my lap or on a chair pulled up next to me. a wicker washing basket is often in the corner, full of clothes waiting to be put away. there are huge windows lookig out to a japanese maple, with its beautiful spring green leaves dripping everywhere..

the computer is against one wall, always waiting for attention..
