Actually, that came from a list by the television set made by the original Trekheads - kids who came in to the television room in dorm to watch Star Trek repeats after classes. I remember:

- Scotty says "She can't take much more of this
- Spock Raises Eyebrow
- McCoys says "I'm a Doctor not a ________________
- The aforementioned Kirk in Agony
and
- Kirk scores with Alien (in them days naturally a FEMALE alien and has anyone mentioned how this guy has had more intergalactic nookie than anyone but Barbarella? - kinda deserves its own reward).
