I have no idea if these are correct but they seem to me to fit. I'm sure there should be more chord changes. I've never got round to singing this beautiful song but this thread has inspired me to try it.

(The chords and song should go together if you're using a 'typewriter' kind of font)

I do find fitting chords to verse 1 difficult - hence use of verse 2.
