My intention is to come down on the Friday work willing,and stay over night I am goign to have to visit a very sick relative at the Barbican and cant decide whether to get hotel central or your end-how long would it take me by underground to Plaistow from the city or is it just not viable-as a Londoner I should know this shouldn't I.!
