Apparently "faithful" Christians these days are more keyed into the apocalyptic end times than they are the resurrection and the rebirth side of the equation.

Which makes ironic, metaphoric sense of the times we are living in. The Xtians, at some level, understand that their world IS coming to an end, and that in the West, we have already transcended and are quickly growing beyond the Age of Christianity.
