Dear Mikal,

Thanks for letting us know. I am so sorry. As my dad, who is 82, reminded me when I saw him last week, passing on is something we all have to do; it's just so hard for those left behind.

You will be on my list and remembered in my morning and evening meditations, as will your family and your Uncle Joe. I had a beloved Uncle Joe, too.

As you probably know my mom passed away last January; she was THE matriarch and it has been difficult this year. if you ever need to *cybertalk*, please don't hesitate to leave me a message.
