Lots of local flooding around here. The Susquehanna River crests at 11 feet and is currently 15, expecting to hit 20 at a minimum. The road I live on is closed due to flooding (at the base of the mountain). In addition to the warm weather water run-offs, it rained...no POURED all day yesterday and last night. I woke up at 2:30am to the sound of thunder. I went back to sleep and later woke up to 2 inches of snow. It's still snowing, about 4 inches so far and tomorrow, it is supposed to be 60 degrees! Weird.
