Bush being between Iraq and a hard place, knows how to mix it up, but, alas, he has no reason at all for all the rip-rap he is laying down all over that country. Strangely, the more of Iraq that is deconstructed by us, the more concrete is being transformed into dust.

I do wish that there were concrete reasons for Shrubs actions though.

RIP RAP is made from the many Smallish rocks (but not small enough to be gravel)---often made by breaking up old cement and large rocks. It is used by the U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers to reinforce levees and shore lines along the rivers and waterways. STILL, the rushing waters can break it down---and carry it out to sea...
