Dear Guest I have read it and I admire it. I have no axe to grind with you or anyone else. I posted some quotes and arguments to stimulate dialogue not suppress it. I'm just enjoying reading all the posts to this thread and do not feel obligated to post to every comment. If you are trying to insult me or irritate me let me inform you, it is somewhat akin to a flea crawling up an elephants tail intent on rape.
