Just been reading a request from Brian Eno on charlie gilletts site about not voting labour and it put me in mind of the thread that went on about utah philips who was about to vote for the first time in the last presidential election. I can't find it, I'll have to do something about my cookie cos I'm sure i book marked it. In the meantime can anyone point me in the right direction.
