By the way, I think that Michael Dukakis would be cool on the new Trek show, playing a part very similar to that of Mr Checkov in the original series. He has superb eyebrows. And Hillary Clinton could play the First Officer (a female in that role for a change). She could constantly be angling to take over the top spot, which would put some real tension in the show. Condoleeza Rice could be ship's doctor, for a really CREEPY take on medicine in the future...you just KNOW there'd be a high mortality rate among her patients!

All kinds of possibilities. I can see a place for Colin Powell on the show too.

Oprah Winfrey could do cameo parts from time to time.

Howard Stern could feature now and then as an all-powerful alien being named "Pyu".
