The Cavliers were ruffer, as I recall, while the Roundheads are thought to be more garbed and hooded in their approaches, although this may just be camouflage to make it easier to get close.

And as for who should not be a-skin' Bruce, a roundhead feels at home being all askin. and a cavalier feels it has, well, drawbacks, so to speak.

But why either category should constitute a barrier to entry, in social circles of the most revered -- if most horizontal -- sort , well, I don't understand that at all. But, if there is a moral to the moralistic puffery entered herein, it is that roundhead or cavalier, whatever is discussed, someone will find a way to look down on it.
