The appeal is retried since yesterday before the Federal Supreme Court.
The Federal Attorneys are pleading for Murder (life sentence).
The defendant's barristers are pleading for killing on demand (five years max., considerable less than the original 8 years and a half).
The sentence is awaited on April 22nd.
