FEMA can now over-ride Congress. There are lotsa camps being built. The camps will be able to contain hundreds of thousands of people. Hell, are there really that many terrorists in the US? Or is government now going to change the definition of terrorist to include anyone who disagrees with it? Or speaks against it?
