For others, I'll rarely explain what I was thinking when I posted a particular item. Maybe nothing at all - maybe it's a real troll, maybe I'm outraged about something or just thought it was amusing or important or there's some real clever in-joke there that only three people in the world could possibly get. Or, really, no thoughts at all - just something boring but that I can link to Today.

I certainly will read all comments and likely make many corrections to the File for next year.
