Yas, the pitcher of the nice lady in the thong was taken at the annual Mullet Toss at the Florabama Lounge. The Florabama is on the Gulf of Mexico, right at the Florida/Alabama state line. It's actually in Alabama by a few yards. During the Mullet Toss, one of the few rules is that the toss must originate in Alabama and end in Florida. The first mullet is usually tossed by Kenny Stabler, Hall of Fame quarterback, Ono Island resident, Florabama regular and all-round drunk.
