In the UK, an "artic" (abbr. Articulated Truck) is what Americans know as a "semi rig", so which particular one are we protecting?
Seriously tho', the guys who thought up this latest piece of vandalism, along with those who approved it, should be buried in the first test hole, and the project then immediately cancelled.
