Is the song "An Old Cow" in the DigiTrad sung to "Riders in the Sky" minus the refrain? (1) If not, what "An Old Cow"'s tune? (2) If so on the other hand, what is the history of the tune (including its relationship if any to "When Johnny Comes Marching Home")?
