What "they" teach these days is that a name should be limited to 2-3 main words & tell the average person on the street what the business offers without alot of ambiguity (like "roses & more," more is too ambiguous). Sounds like you are offering various Arts including Music, so "Art(s)" should be in there. So think of ways to phrase bringing the Arts to folks. Perhaps something like:

Fun With Arts
Art(s) To The People
Arts For You
City Arts Project
Arts For Education
(name of your city) Artists
The Arts Shoppe
