Hmmmm. All I could find is that it was recorded by a group called the Hot Dogs. I guess I'd translate the title, "They Have That Only in Bavaria" or, loosely, "It Happens Only in Bavaria," or "Only in Bavaria." Whatever the case, the title is intriguing.
