It's pretty easy to make the World's Hottest. Just make up the sauce part as hot as you can, then FREEZE it. Thaw it for use, then NUKE it in the microwave or on the stovetop. These heat extremes make the chilis rock! What you get will be MUCH hotter than what you began with.
