There are plenty of dawn meets of morris dancers, but they are probably nowhere near London. You need to find a local side and find out what they are doing. I can tell you what East Saxon Sword are doing (East London)... they'll be tucked up in their respective pits and waiting til a sensible time to go to Rochester!
