"Bee-dubya-ell" is "BWL" spelled out. "BWL" is short for "Big Wanking Liar", which is one of the things I was called soon after my arrival here. I chose it because the other things I was commonly called ("Shit-For-Brains" and "Dumbfuck") seemed, somehow, less appropriate.
