Try a local piano tuner. You will probably want to have it tuned before you sell it anyway.

I had a friend in a similar situation she wanted to sell me her piano and was asking $200 for it. I went to look at it and said no it's got to be worth a lot more than that. She called her piano tuner and he said that she should get at least $800 for it (which was too much for me).
