It occurs to me that we are really talking about our privacy here. We see a lot in the media about privacy, but all they are talking about is the privacy of information, such as financial information or health records.

We, however, all seem to desire privacy for our own brains. We are objecting to people who impose their noise, their music, and their talk on our consciousness when we don't want them to.

Too bad most management is too stupid to figure this out.
