*Ralphs are the most annoying race in the known Universe. They invariably shout "Har!" after each sentence. It really starts to get on people's nerves after a short while. The populations of entire planets have been known to pack their bags and head for greener pastures instead of sharing their planet with a handful of Ralphs.
