Bobert, you may want to think about filing a complaint with your state's insurance commission (or whatever they might call the agency that regulates insurers in your state). These folks control whether an insurance company is allowed to do business in a given state and, believe me, I know that, in Michigan at least, this sort of action on the part of insurers is something they want to hear about. If the company's business in the state is lucrative enough they certainly won't want the commission looking too closely at them.
