I'm in the final stages of my next recording. There are two instrumental musical saw numbers that I'd like to include that belong to others, Over The Rainbow and When You wish Upon A Star. Can anyone offer some assistance as to how one goes about getting permission for such popular melodies? I certainly don't wish to get into any sort of hot water from Turner Broadcasting or Disney over the use of these two tunes on my recording. Flexing a piece of razor sharp spring steel between my knees is dangerous enough. Is there anyone else who has gone through this same process.
