I found out that if you are angry with your partner and share why you are angry, they can deny it and then say something like, "Oh you want me to be this way" and then they do.

Does this make any sense? I mean, come on. If my partner asked why I was angry and I told them how is it that they can say no that did not make me angry? And if I told them that that certain behavior did make me angry, why would they purposely do it for the rest of the day?

So what I found out was that it's better to just keep my mouth shut.
