Corned Beef
Garnish with a side of pickled salt-cabbage (saurkraut) or pickles
For dinner - start with two stiff drinks of Scotch Whiskey
Add a Speckled Red Hen or glass of red-wine
Half a loaf of white bread with imitation garlic spread.
Pasta - with sweetened red sause (no meat)
