There really are better ways to fight, if fight you absolutely must. Not being in a place where you have to fight is the best defense of all. Remember that old saying about it being better to be a dead lion than a dead jackal? Well, it's even better to be a live lion -- and live lions don't fight if they don't have to, and the best way to insure that is to be absent from places where you might have to fight.
