Great to see Steve back on the scene (Open Door Folk Club- Failsworth last Sunday). His singing and concertina playing is still excellent after all these years (last saw him at the Ring-o-Bells in Middleton). Great rendition of 'The Road to Mandalay'!

Also great to see & hear Ted Edwards singing 'Coal Hole Cavalry' again. Nice one Ted! He now has a cd out (from a live recording in Wigan - by Mark Dowding if i heard correctly). Some good stuff on including '..Cavalry' and one of my favourites - Ian Campbell's Old Man's Song. Great night. Thanks Pauline, John & Bernard.
