The judicial nominees may not be to your taste (nor mine) but they are people with distinguished careers, not yahoos.
'W' is not stupid. It is probably accurate to observe that he is no rocket scientist either, but there aren't many of them, still fewer that I'd want to run the country.
I am perturbed at the Republican effort to 'go nuclear' in the sense in which they have perverted the word for senatorical use.
Unfortunately if I let the Texans I work with know how much it grates on my nerves, they'll use it all the more. It drives me up the wall to hear it pronounced "noo kyoo' ler" but it is an accepted pronounciation and as English is from time immemorial a "street fightin' language" it will be the usage of the people that settles for a winner.
So use it early and often, this is an election where you can vote as often as you like.
