Ahhhhh, yeah, robo-man tryin' to trivialize this into boberteze... Problem is that Boberteze ain't gonna get the country outtta this pickle...
Ahhhh, seems the Repubs has looked around at their latest redistrickin' and have figured out that they *own* the House of Reps, no matter what the vote count is... The Dems could statisically win 60% of the House of Reps votes and still have a over whemeingly Repub House....
And like how many folks know that more American voters actually voted for Dem Senators than voted for Repub Senators?????
So what we have here has nuthin' to do with, ahhhhhh, democracy.... The majority is gettin a good ol' fashion butt whup from the minority... Hmmmmmmm?
Well, my answer to the Dems is to WALK OUT.... Yeah, I wrote Senator Byrd this abouty a month ago but this is what needs to be done. Th4e Dems gotta rent themselves an alternative Congress building and just let the Repubs have their way....
But the Dems should be having daily public hearings about stuff that effects average Americans, liike health care, education, the cost of living, wages, etc.... And if the Dems would just set up like an alternative government this alone would get the greedy and radical Repubs out of the Senate in '06... The House? Never.... The Repubs have stacked the deck so that the House will be Repub until the end of time, no matter the national vote... I mean it is so stacked now that about 30% of the vote will insure a Repub majority...
Yeah, now is the time for the Dems to stand up to the bullies. WALK OUT!!!!
