Own website with link is what I'm currently setting up, and, for those who are not sure they have the necessary technical expertise, I'm certain that there are a number of us who would help with advice where needed.

Spreading the bandwidth useage over a hundred personal websites would mean trouble free, speedy downloads, which would also save considerable expense for those downloading who are still on dial up.
