I've never heard the (supposed) vault/chamber under Rosslyn Chapel (Scotland) refered to as "DaVincis vault".
Rosslyn is a feature of Dan Browns' "The DaVinci Code" but I think the connection ends there.
The chapel at Rosslyn was built in 1446 and DaVinci was born in 1452.
