United States of Europe?? It will never be united, and never controlled by Europeans.. As Giok clearly states, the writers of the US Constitution were justifiably proud of their accomplishments, and gave a model to the world. The French couldnt arrange a piss up in a brewery if you gave them the key and a week to plan it.
